Granny & Dot's is looking for people that are passionate about child care & are looking for a career as a child care professional. We are very picky about who we will hire as we have built a culture around professionalism & quality childcare. We have very high standards. We are not looking for babysitters, we are looking for professional educators or those aspiring to become professional educators. Children learn a lot between birth & 5 years. They are like sponges, they absorb everything. What they learn in those first few years will define who they are as a person for the rest of their lives & we take that very seriously.
